Penelope — or Penny, as her friends call her — brings 10 years of hairdressing experience to the ecHo Hair team. She is fully trained in the ZenzTherapy alternative hair colour system, which complements our focus on organic and low-tox colour services.

Her technical training covers both short and long hair cutting, and she is also experienced in working with naturally curly hair. Penny believes consultation matters. Taking the time to understand how someone wears their hair day to day is just as important as the cut itself.
